Art Therapy Sessions 1-1
Art therapy provides a confidential, one-to-one space to explore emotional wellbeing through creative expression and reflective dialogue. You don’t need to be “good at art” - the process is about making meaning, not making masterpieces.
Fees
• Individual Art Therapy Session (50 minutes): £70
• Initial Consultation (15 minutes): Free
A note on fees
This fee reflects the depth of care, training, and experience I bring to each session. It covers not only our time together and provided art materials, but also the unseen work; planning, reflection, supervision, and continued learning and research to support you safely and ethically. I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spaces if cost is a barrier.
*Payment is due before each session via bank transfer. Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
What a Session Might Look Like
Sessions are shaped by your pace and needs. You may be navigating anxiety, grief, identity, burnout, or seeking deeper connection with yourself. As a trauma-informed, HCPC-registered Art Psychotherapist, I offer a grounded, attuned presence. Together, we create a space where your experiences are honoured and your healing is gently supported.
Each 50-minute session is held with care and may include:
• Settling In (5–10 mins): A moment to arrive, breathe, and check-in through grounding, gentle conversation, or quiet.
• Creative Exploration (30–35 mins): You’re invited to work with materials like clay, paint, collage, or drawing. There’s no pressure to produce - just space to explore.
• Reflection & Closing (5–10 mins): We may talk about what emerged, notice emotional themes, or simply sit with what’s present.
